Handcrafted in Durango, Mexico for over 150 years, this 100% wild-harvested Mezcal captures the flavor and tradition of distillation in the arid Americas. We hand-selected this Agave Durangensis spirit for its smooth sweetness and classic smoke flavor to mix into excellent cocktails or sip neat on a slow desert evening.

This is a corn-based vodka, run through several distillations, proofed down to 40% pure RO water and slowly pushed through a custom carbon filter at a rate of around 5 gallons over a 24 hour period. Very smooth. Gluten Free

In Cooperation with Southwest Herritage Mill an all Native American owned grain mill, we use an heirloom variety of blue corn grown in New Mexico for generations. This blue corn, followed by malted barley, rye and wheat makes this bourbon uniquely sweet and spicy. 

Vapor-infused with 8 flavor-forward botanicals and aged in brandy barrels for 7 months, this gin takes on the color and flavor of local brandy and American white oak to enhance its citrus and floral notes and overall smoothness. Sweet with a touch of bitter, this gin is excellent sipped over ice with a twist of orange or in classic cocktails.

Our Gin is produced by the redistillation of our corn-based vodka, vapour infusing 8 botanicals into the spirit. It is a citrus forward Gin, moving through notes of spicy coriander, warm liquorice, and anise, finishing with earthy rosemary. Heavy in flavor, it was developed to be sipped neat, or over ice while remaining a forward flavor in cocktails.
